- If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be unused and in perfect condition.
- Additionally, the shipping costs for the original purchase and the return will not be refunded. We reserve the right not to accept a return.
- While our policy is firm, we are willing to work with you to ensure that your experience with Smart Safe Fit is positive.
- Size: Customers are responsible for checking to make sure the size is correct before purchasing. No refunds for ordering the wrong size.
- How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship within 4-6 days of your order due to COVID-19. Each product at Smart Safe Fit has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.
If you do not receive an email once your order is placed or for tracking when tracking is ready please check your spam to make sure that it has not gone to your spam folder or email customer service at email@example.com
After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to our fulfillment centers where we ship items between 1-2 business days. Please note due to popularity of certain items in our catalogue shipping times may take longer.
- Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible if you cancel within the first 24 hours after your order is placed. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.
- What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.
- Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
